Executive Secretary

Eligibility

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized Institute/University

Experience

Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position directly reporting/assisting Senior Executives

Skills Required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power point, Lotus, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills, proactive approach & high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with senior executives

Responsibilities

• Managing and organizing the Group Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and making travel arrangements
• Screening and responding to phone calls; taking messages and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Preparing and arranging documents, presentations, and communication material for meetings (both internal and external)
• Handling all administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Executive’s Group
• Maintaining both digital and physical records in an organized and accessible manner
• Coordinating and organizing meetings, events, and conferences within the organization and with external stakeholders
