Job Responsibilities
Assist with the management of the loyalty program portfolio, including feature enhancements, program-related communications, and marketing plans.
Support the launch of new loyalty initiatives, including program formulation, cost-benefit analysis, competitive assessments, and obtaining necessary approvals.
Analyze program performance by extracting and evaluating existing portfolio data with the help of the MIS team to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and program profitability.
Formulate and submit monthly/quarterly reports on program participation and engagement metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
Review processes and policies related to the loyalty program in line with enhancements and audit observations.
Manage relationships with external partners for program offerings and onboarding processes after obtaining necessary approvals.
Assist in the payment of commissions and incentives related to loyalty program partnerships after securing approvals from management and relevant regulators.
Contribute to the development of marketing plans for program launches or re-launches, including promotional materials, social media content, and other communication channels.
Assist in budget formulation for the loyalty program based on current trends and future initiatives.
Liaise with partners and stakeholders regarding issues and potential new offerings for the loyalty program.
Assist in updating the program’s terms and conditions on a biannual basis to align with industry standards and competitor offerings.
Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management as needed.
Qualification
Preferably Masters but at least Bachelor degree BBA, BCOM, B.A (Hons.) or BSIT/ BSCS from reputed university.
Experience
Preferably 1 to 3 years experience in the relevant field.
