Job Responsibilities

Assist the Line Manager for development and execution of all porjects related to POS machines business.
Assist in Development and Execution of Merchant Acquiring (POS) – Business Strategy.
Contributing in to ensure effective setup and manage acquiring business targets merchant acquisition, business volumes and revenues.
Assist in preparation of Vendor Agreements, SLAs.
To develop framework for syncronization between all concerned stakeholders.
Support in building and maintaining profitable Merchant Acquiring portfolio.
Extended support to the Line Manager in Business Intelligence, Portfolio Analysis & Management.
Ensuring timely Resolution of customer service issues and complaints – Internal & External and achievement of defined service standards.
Identify new business trends, comparative analysis of market & evaluate major competitors to formulate new business propositions.
Any other assignment assigned by the higher management.

Preferably Masters or at least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification from reputed university.

Preferably 1 to 3 years experience in the relevant field.
