Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced *HR Manager* to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing recruitment, ensuring compliance, and driving employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

* Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

* Design and update job descriptions and organizational structures.

* Manage payroll, benefits, and HR budgeting in coordination with finance.

* Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

* Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

* Monitor performance appraisal systems and support employee development plans.

* Organize training programs and employee engagement activities.

* Maintain HR records and prepare analytical reports for management.

* Lead initiatives for talent retention and succession planning.

Requirements:*

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR management or a senior HR role.

* Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.

* Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualities:*

* Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) is a plus.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 – Rs120,000.00 per month
